How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate vendors or providers, manage membership access, prevent abuse, improve operations, and maintain safety records for sensitive requests.

Provider sharing

Request details may be shared with vetted providers only when needed to fulfill the task. Medical requests are routed to licensed providers where appropriate; Canggu.fun does not diagnose or provide medical care.

Retention

Operational records are retained only as long as needed for service, safety, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
